Drop off time starting at 9am (special requests for an earlier drop off can be made). Please book reservation for at least TWO weeks in advance or for last minute bookings please text us at 916-399-3605 to confirm availability before reserving or if you have any questions. We have limited spots available. 

After you book your reservation, we will call you (or text if you prefer) to confirm your stay. Once stay is confirmed--we will send you our address. If we are unavailable the dates you need, then your reservation will be refunded in full.

If you need to cancel your confirmed booking, you can get a full refund as long as you give us 72 hours cancelation notice before your booked drop off time.

Our overnight rate covers 24 hours and pick up time is same time as drop off. If you need to pick up later than you dropped off--please ADD ON the Doggy 1/2 Daycare to your cart for up to 4 hours after drop off time. 

If you need to pick up 4+ hours after drop off time then you will need to ADD ON a full Doggy Daycare to your cart. Times will be scheduled upon booking completion.

If your dog is not friendly with other dogs--then we are not the right fit for you. We only take dogs that are friendly and well socialized. No issues at the dog park because our home is like a mini dog park and they have a blast running around playing with each other. Our own dogs get along with all dogs but we always have different dogs booked. If any issues arise, like another dog is annoying one of the dogs then we can keep them separated but usually we never have any issues. If your dog is older and needs to be separated from the younger dogs then we can split our big dog room into two rooms via a gate to accommodate that as well. 

Lastly, make sure your dog is all caught up on shots and your dog must be fixed for us to watch them. If your dog is a puppy and can't be fixed yet, please reach out and we might be able to make special accommodations those dates.
